I would say it's all more about, RTP, volatility, stake amount, and the ability to stop when necessary.

I find this idea somehow funny because for the slots it does not matter when you play. As I wrote, it's mainly about all the aspects I mentioned before. That's all. 🙂

I agree, It doesn't matter when you play BUT choosing the right time is the difference of winning or losing. Optimal time is when a lot of players are logged in.

So prime time is very dependent on where you come from. When it's 8:00 p.m. here in Germany. Then that should be a good prime time.

But if you come from America, then it's probably a different time.

But as Radka says. There are many aspects that need to be considered.

There are slots that can give 50,000x, but mostly you win maybe 100x in free spins.

And as the providers always say, it has no influence on how many players are currently playing a slot or in these winnings.

But no one can say anything about that, except for the providers themselves....😂

Actually we had this info on about 8 different screens in a casino, but I don't think it's visible for public.

The prime time is always after 6 pm when players come back home from work until about 10 pm. The problem is that you would need to know the timezone where most of the players are located. You can be a German player playing in a casino where most of the players are from the US and Russia. Then it's really difficult to determine the right prime time.

I placed 2 bets on the dota 2 BB team match (beat boom team) vs Tundra esports .I bet on winning cards on Tundra, they lost. But after a while, BB team was awarded a defeat due to the use of cheats by one of the team's players. Know that this bookmaker is blatantly lying,they provided me with an adjudication service, they have SBR (SportsbookReviewcom) (https://help.betonline.ag/knowledge-base/adjudication-service/) on their website in the rules, they write to me that their mail is working and they checked, but this mail does not work (adjudication@sportsbookreview.com ) you can check for yourself. The answer is SBR "Unfortunately SBR does not mediate disputes with BOL/SBAG or any offshore books anymore". They also don't provide their license and ADR service!

Thanks for sharing with the community. Frankly, we at Casino Guru do not engage in disputes related to sports betting or e-sports betting, mainly due to the fact we lack professional experience.

It just crosses my mind that similar to your issues, when a slot is affected by a bug during the gameplay and the player wins some amount, casinos usually do not accept the winnings caused by the technical error.

The way I see it, this situation can be understood as an analogy to the problem. Have you tried consulting the terms, perhaps?

It's crazy to see the safety index of Betonline, they are probably the best or top 3 in the business.

It should be something like 9.8 or so.

Every problem I had with them was somehow software related or frankly was my own fault and still it was solved in my favor.

This rating is probably like saying Apple deserves a rating 1.4 because they are to expensive and you have to buy a new charger.

It's great to see such open support, but frankly, I have to say the very low safety index is for a reason, and you can always find it in the tab called "Safety Index explained"

Quoting now:

Very high value of withheld winnings in player complaints in relation to the casino's size

Additionally, it seems this casino does not address players' issues at all, leaving us no choice but to lower its Safety Index. As you can see, it has no relation to your example.
