I like others am shocked at the low review of this casino or of its affiliated casinos. I have not had any problems with collecting my money in minutes. Now for the however!! I am going to admit that I have been thinking what hypeshareofficial said. I went from killing it and making thousands to being a constant losing player. The thing that was most troubling was my losing streak seemed to cover all their sites. Before if I was losing I would just change casinos until I found a hot machine. For reference I am a player who doesn't quit and change machine after 50 spins. I will literally have 1000 spins on one machine. I have played enough to know how they can hit. But the last 2 months nothing works at anyplace. So maybe I was correct in my thinking so I will need to keep better records and see if a pattern develops. I am not making any sort of accusation just saying I am experiencing the same thing. I still recommend this casino but be on the look out for something fishy. I am a poker player and have found out over the tears when something doesn’t feel right it usually isn’t. Thanks Casino Guru for providing us player a place to exchange information and opinions

I have played at Betonline and its siter sites for at least 3 years now. In the first 5 months I won a $98k progressive jackpot on slots follow by 3 x $10k hits on a different slot.
I played for a while, probably 3 days, then I decided to cash out. When I went to cash out, they tried to prevent me from cashing out over a remaining $2 in a free play bonus from the sports betting side. It was clearly a new rep i was talking to, because when things were escalated they removed the free play and approved my withdrawal. I had roughly $90k in my BTC wallet in 30 minutes.
However, I have heard from many friends they have either been prevented from withdrawing or dubious claims about having multiple accounts levied on them and they never received their money.
The thing that bothers me about Betonline, I feel that blackball you a bit from winning on any RNG or digital games if you have won quite a bit previously. I'm not the only player to feel this way. Many people feel they bait you with a small-large win, depending on what they are allowing at the time, then they keep you from winning from there on.
I would not have believed that claim previously. Then I started to think about my play experience. On days when I was winning, I was winning on EVERY SINGLE SLOT. On days when I was losing, I was losing on EVERY SINGLE SLOT. This was always the game behavior, never any different. There was never a mix of winning or losing per slot it was always all one way or all the other. I'm sorry...but that's not how randomization or luck works!
I would have even dismissed that, but then I played at their other site, wildcasino, and the experience was exactly the same. Possibly worse. I noticed they use the same chat support and email and phone support teams for wildcasino as they do betonline. I also noticed a few game glitches where it was obvious the two sites where sharing game mechanics even though they claimed they were for sure separate. I played on wildcasino for 3 years, probably gave them $15k-$20k, and I wont like $1500 one time. My lack of winning felt consistent with my betonline lack of winning
With the emergence of STAKE.com and STAKE.us, I have since closed my account on both sites. I've been playing slots on Stake for less than 2 months, I've had 4x the amount of wins there already!

This is by far the worst thing a casino platform could do to someone , and someone who actually makes multiple deposits . BetOnline let me create my account and had me signed up no problem . Letting me deposit and even withdraw a few hundreds in the past . But today I won 5,000 . Soon after trying to just withdrawal a small portion of that , my withdrawal was declined and minutes later my account was closed . I then called customer service to speak with someone about getting knowledge to what's going on with my account , and where are my funds . I then got transferred a few times , put on hold and then hung up on . So I called back , sat on hold and the reasoning behind my account being closed was "having multiple accounts in one household " . This is entirely incorrect on their part due to the FACT of me only signing up for my ONE account . I have now read multiple reviews on BetOnline and the same issue I'm having with them , hundreds have had the exact same problem . It's honestly very frustrating because I actually love gaming on BetOnline . But they obviously have a very wrong way of conducting their business . It seems to me and pretty much to everyone else that has left a review that when someone wins any good amount from a few hundred, or a few thousand they don't want to follow through with the payout so they close the account and say it's been closed because of too many accounts . If that was the case why did you not only let me create my account but also accept every single deposit I have ever made with no issues but when it's time for you to pay up , BetOnline creates an issue due to them not wanting to pay anyone out is what it looks like . They told me I'd receive an email within 24-48 hours about what their conclusion is . I really don't want to have to take it further but I'm so close to getting my lawyer involved . They need to give me what rightfully mine .

I would give minus zero stars. I was a member here several times. Closed my account 2x because of loss. Came back again and made a deposit with a credit card and my card company alerted me that there were 2 exact charges of the same amount at the same time same minute same day. My credit card company stopped payment immediately. NOW its gets interesting. I didn't wait for Betonline to contact me that my deposit didn't go through. I contacted them within minutes and told them I was charged double for the same amount at the exact minute and my credit card company denied this charge, I asked them what is up here, Why are you double charging me? I received no answer from them but they accused me for a chargeback. Now they said I had to make a payment with a money gram to someone's name which I did immediately and cleared the denied deposit. Then they closed my account. This place sucks, They are THIEVES! PLAYER BEWARE!
