Will it be possible to reopen the complaint?

Since you are so eager to inquire anyhow, I would honestly add that your complaint will not be reopened if you have no news or information about the matter.

I see that there is another open complaint against the casino and the casino is trying to cheat someone again. Perhaps a representative will contact us about this matter, will there be a chance to open a complaint if a representative contacts us?

Well, to tell you the truth, it doesn't look very well with this complaint you have mentioned. I can see that the casino is not willing to communicate, so probably it will finish as "unresolved" as well.🤷‍♀️

I hope I am wrong, and then you can try to reopen your complaint and see what our team will be able to do about it. I wouldn't be very positive, though.🙁
