So. I've been a fan of lucky acorn for well over a year and play everyday. I have successfully redeemed winnings multiple times and never waited more than 24 hours for it to hit my account. I am verified. I have put a decent amount of money into this casino, too.
On February 20,2024, I redeemed two times in the amount of 30 dollars each. It is now March 12th. And I have gotten not a dime. When I hit the contact button, I get a bot email saying staff is out for the weekend (regardless of what day I do it, I've tried every day of the week) and as soon as they return I will receive help or a response. I still have heard nothing and can't find a phone number to call. What do I do?? I was REALLY depending on those winnings....
