Sorry to say that but yes probably.
Always check the casino before playing there, please. I guess this is quite a good warning.
So my friend told me about this website, said she had a few bigs win, so started playing back in january, i won twice within a couple of weeks, one £150 and one £350, took a while to pay out think it was about 17 days at least, but got it eventually. on the 5th march i won £2500, and guess what, still no money! all i get it excuses, short messages saying, please be patient etc.
Now ive been doing my research and see this has been happening to people for a couple of years now.
Well im not one to let this go, there has got to be someone we can complain to???
I sent a complaint to the gambling licence, about it been a scam nand they basically said "we know, stay away"
Well lets not helpful, how can they keep trading and ripping people off.
The other thing that gets me the friend who told me about the site literally 2 weeks before won £3,500 and got paid out.
Also i found two other casinos exactly the same, luckywins and spicyjackpots. if you got on the live chat, you get the same operator on each website?!?!?.
I understand its a unlicensed casino but i genuinely didnt know.
I just dont know who to complain to!
Any experiences with them, please share.
Im honestly gutted.
Honestly,
A friend of yours picked up a seriously bad casino to recommend. Did you see the reputation given?

The casino isn't even licensed anymore, so there is literally nothing you could do.
I mean you can submit the complaint through our website (click tap this link), but sadly as one of the warnings says:
"No Reaction Policy for complaints!
This casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked. Therefore, the majority of newly submitted complaints are marked as unresolved and have a negative impact on the casino’s rating."
I guess it fits the reality:

If you somehow manage to get your winnings - run away!
Four crowns is another that I've been waiting months for a cash out from. November for this one. On looking at their information the two have exactly the same information, only different casino name. There's quite a few with the same details. All part of one big scam I reckon.
Hi, we don't have this casino in our database if I spelled it correctly, could you provide a link ? What reason does the casino have for not having paid you for so long ? Are you still in contact with them ? Do you have a verified account there ?
Please let me know so we can try to help you.
I'm sorry about that, but considering the safety index, I am not surprised, to tell you the truth. I could recommend filing a complaint, but in this case it won't make any difference if you do, in my opinion. Have a look at this:
