I've been playing regularly for the past three months at this casino, 24slots.com. So far, everything's been pretty good; I've withdrawn three times between October and December. On January 1, 2026, I made another withdrawal, which not only hasn't been processed yet—today is January 7—but they also reply to emails requesting information with a pre-filled email and don't tell you anything about the status of the withdrawal, which in the meantime remains there, pending. I've read around that this casino has very low interest rates; I've always found it to be decent; there's a decent variety of games and an excellent betting lineup. However, whenever you need to withdraw, the timeframes are uncertain and there's too little transparency. Live chat is of little use, as the only thing they can tell you is the usual pre-written message. Overall, given these important aspects, I wouldn't recommend it.

And did you get any explanation from the casino regarding this delay, though?
