Hello Okonkwo51,

Thank you for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with FortuneJack Casino.

Unfortunately, as in almost every casino it is prohibited to create multiple accounts from same household. I've also checked the casino terms in FortuneJack aswell and it clearly states:


"2.5. You are allowed to register only one Account. Registering and operating multiple Accounts (more than one) is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to qualify the account(s) registered on anyone from Your family, household, relative, friend or otherwise connected person to be Your another Account and, thus, decide that You have multiple Accounts. In case of multiple Accounting, We reserve the right to immediately block and terminate all such Accounts and confiscate all monetary funds available on such Accounts."


I'm really sorry but in such cases where both you and your girlfriend are registered in the casino and both agreed to the terms and conditios, there isn't anything we can do with it. There might be a slight chance if your girlfriend haven't claim any bonus or did not deposit any funds but it is really up to the casino wheather they want you to pay or not.

Hello Nick,

I will state it clear that i don't have multiple accounts. My account was opened with my informations and i verified it with my passport and my real face as the KYC requested, and you can't make this bs up just to keep my winnings. My girlfriend have her own account with her name and her informations, so how does that make it my account? We answer different names and have different documents, does your casino restrict girls from joining your website? You state it in your T&C that you reserve the right to qualify the account of friends or family, so why are you not going through verification process to qualify her? You have been threatening to block my account from the day i won the jackpot. Please open my account and pay my winnings

I'm not sure if you are aware that we are not a casino and we do not own any casino, we provide reviews of casinos and help out players if they have an issue with one. My previous post was based on what I've found in the casino's term and it is currently only a theory of why might be your girlfriend's account closed. Could you please advise from what source did you get the information that the casino may qualify the family's account? Also could you please clarify if you and your girlfriend used any bonuses in the casino?

This is from the T&C of the casino and i will bracket where they quote it; "2.5. You are allowed to register only one Account. Registering and operating multiple Accounts (more than one) is strictly prohibited. Please read from here (The Company reserves the right to qualify the account(s) registered on anyone from Your family, household, relative, friend) In stead the casino is using this; (or otherwise connected person to be Your another Account and, thus, decide that You have multiple Accounts) and deciding that i have multiple accounts. In case of multiple Accounting, We reserve the right to immediately block and terminate all such Accounts and confiscate all monetary funds available on such Accounts."

In this specific case, "qualify" doesn't mean that they will allow you to have multiple accounts. It means that if the casino qualifies your account as multiple accounts the next sentence applies:


"In case of multiple Accounting, We reserve the right to immediately block and terminate all such Accounts and confiscate all monetary funds available on such Accounts."


Unfortunately, in such a cases where it is a clear violation of a casino term, there isn't much we are able to do as you accept the terms and conditions during registration. Is there anything else we can help you with? If not, we will be forced to close the complaint as rejected.

You must be kidding me, for your information i don't have multiple accounts in the casino and you just assumes that you no longer understand English here:

The said account they saying to be mine is someones else account and they know it. How is it possible to have multiple account in a casino while customer can go through KYC? I never violent the casino T&C because i registered 1 account and they are accusing me of having 2 which is not true, why are you not asking them for prove that i have 2 accounts? They making the accusation because i made a withdrawal. I have went through the KYC and passed it so how is it possible to have 2 account?

Dear Okonkwo51,

Please understand that if you, and your girlfriend both has account = multiple accounts. It doesn't matter if you are 2 different person. Multiple accounts are considered even if you just play from the same IP/address/device.

In one of my previous posts I asked if you and your girlfriend used any bonus after registering or not. Based on what I've checked, the Majestic7 is kind of a promotion aswell. However, it is considered as sport betting (even if its a promotion of the casino), in which case it would be best to contact the licencing authority of the casino as we are focused on "casino" related issues. In case the licencing authority decides that you have the right to get the jackpot, Fortunejack Casino will be obligated to pay you out.

As I mentioned before, since it is considered as a betting related complaint, in which we can't really provide assistance, we will be forced to close the complaint if there isn't anything casino related issue we can help you with.

Lol we don't play from same ip/adress/device and you just mentioned it doesn't matter if it's 2 person smh, in what world does someones partner belonging assigned to be theirs? You are just defending the casino without the proof or are you the casino rep?

As we provide casino reviews, we can't judge anything betting related as we are not qualified to decide wheter the player or the casino is right. We haven't receive any proof from the casino but we also can't punish them as it is not a casino related issue. I'm almost sure that the licencing authority would be able to provide you exactly the service you need if the casino breached any of their own terms or is not willing to pay you out.

Other compliants site invite casino and hear from both side and make their judgements and that's how to fix disputes, well i had contacted the licencing authority and they are working on it now. I made a complaint here thinking that you guys can fix things only for you to turn bling and not understanding English anymore

As mentioned above, we can help with any casino related issue but your's is a betting related and we are not qualified for that. Also even though we provide our help and services for players for free, we have a few rules and the players have to respect our work as well and not to talk with us like we are the reason of their issues. If you did not understand this from the previous post, maybe it is not our english knowledge the issue.

The complaint will be now closed as rejected.
