Hello,

I have not been able to withdraw my winnings on FortuneJack for several days. When I tried to withdraw, my account was suspended and I had to undergo a verification process. They called me on Skype, where I was to show my ID card and answer a few questions about the account. After finishing the interview, I should receive the verification result by e-mail within a few hours.


Unfortunately, until today nothing came, and 10 days have passed.

From what I can see on their Twitter account, more people are having trouble getting the verification result.


Please help me. I am afraid that I will lose my 1.89 BTC.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?
