I'd originally won $7,500 on my online casino account I went to withdraw the 7500 and it was quickly denied. And then I went online and asked to representative why I was taking so long they said well you can only withdraw $3,000 at a day so I did that waited for a few days and then cancel it and because it was still taking so too long and then I tried $500 and I'm still pending for the $500 withdrawal which was yesterday I messaged multiple times Representatives asking them why it's taking so long they just tell me I have to keep waiting well the first time I went to withdraw from the casino I went through $500 and it was went through almost instantly. I've never used a bonus or free spins with this casino ever I don't have multiple accounts or anything like that but what took me back a little bit today was the representative was being very rude when I asked them why it's taking so long because I said the maximum amount of time in your terms and conditions was 3 days cuz the maximum amount of time they can take so instead of trying to resolve the issue with me he proceeded to not give me any information and kept repeating the same thing as everyone else said before and so I took a picture of my refrigerator and I said look I have three kids were barely scraping by this money would really save me with groceries and trying to get my kids to school clothes and things like that and all he did was send me messages that said "nice fridge" . I found That comment extremely rude and disrespectful considering I'm in his position that I'm in desperation for this money that I rightfully won.
