Update: After 3 days, they canceled the withdrawal and said they couldn't pay out to credit cards. Now I'm supposed to pay out to my bank account, and the waiting begins again. Absolutely outrageous. That's why I've now set the rating to very poor. Of course, I know they think the player will lose their money again, but why should I? If they don't pay out anyway?
How does this scam get such ratings? Do all the players enjoy waiting for payouts, or are they just bought?

Apparently the Dama casinos are very different, some seem good, others are scams. I deposited the minimum amount (20 euros) with a bonus, lost and then a few days later, as is often the case, I got free no deposit spins. I then used these to win back the 20 euros and the first thing they did was reject you and ask you to take a selfie with a piece of paper in addition to the normal KYC for 20 euros. OK, done, requested a new withdrawal but was rejected after 3 days for no reason. You are asked to ask the reason by email/chat, strangely, before the reason was in the rejection email. Ok, wrote an email, oh surprise no answer. Chat? Yes, of course, you're on hold and you're in position 1, but there's no agent even after 30 minutes - weird, is it because of the username?
I can only advise everyone not to play here if you're going to make such a fuss about such small amounts... I'll wait a few more days, then a case will follow here on CG - what a hassle for 22 euros!

Ok email geschrieben, oh überraschung keine Antwort. Chat? Ja klar, Warteschleife man ist Position 1 aber auch nach 30 Minuten kein Agent - komisch, liegts am Username?

Today recieved a $50 "Goodwill Bonus" Machines funnily enough started paying again. Met the 40x playthrough requirement, and ended up with $3000 left. Went to make a Withdrawal. Pointed out that section 1.8 of their terms and conditions, state they can make exceptions to thr Max withdrawal limit for bonuses for loyal customers. Received an email basically saying tough, there was no way for then to increase the bonus withdrawal limit, have a nice day.
AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS. They delay withdrawals with stupid excuses, don't follow their own terms and conditions and you only to seem to have any "luck" on bonus money which has pitiful withdrawal restrictions preventing you from actually withdrawing anything. You've been warned!
