This account should of been closed immediately as a minor opened account, firstly they refused to refund but worryingly they never closed account, in fact it’s still live!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I would like to emphasize, that players must be at least 18 years old to play in online casinos, which players agree upon registration.

I found out we have one other complaint from you about Casino Venetian, regarding a very similar problem. I would like to know if the account you wish to be closed belongs to you and if you are a minor you are talking about.
