The player's accusing the casino of using fake games which caused the loss of his balance. We did not receive any reply from the casino team, therefore the case was closed as 'unresolved'.
Hi,
I have accounts with 3 casinos Firescatters, Patrickspins and scarab wins which have recently opened.
I have stupidly register with these unlicensed casinos and have lost money due to this.
i have since discovered that they are linked to previous casinos who have been know to have fake games.
I think I have proven this. Can you help to let me know what I should be doing.

I notice you have added Scarabwins to your site with fake games it’s just the others now Firescatters and Patrick spins I note Firescatters have been added but not been listed as fake games and patrickspins has not been added these are the same group so I suspect they all use fake games.

Hi Josef,
I have noticed they have removed loads of games from their website predominantly the booongo games.
I suspect this is due to the games being copied. Could you check this out for me by contacting booongo as I have requested information but I suspect they won’t come back to me.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

I am very sorry, but since the casino team is unresponsive, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation. Unfortunately, the casino is an unlicensed operator with a questionable reputation on our site. In the future, I highly recommend you to choose the licensed brand with at least a very good reputation on our site. You may avoid similar problems, but also in case of any problem, the resolution would have a much bigger chance of success.
