I tried to communicate with VIP Markus about it. I sent you the whole conversation by e-mail. In addition to this, when I closed my account, they keep sending me their crappy offers by email, which don't even belong to Finnish players according to their rules.
So in their terms and conditions it is mentioned that they do not grant campaigns to Finnish players, but as you can see from the pictures I sent you, the list of terms and conditions does not mention Finland. Only when I try to claim the cashback offer does this VIP Markus put a link to their conditions, where it says that they do not grant bonuses to Finnish players. I wouldn't have deposited here at the casino if I had known this.
