I won $4800 and tried to withdraw $3000 because they said that is max and then they declined my withdraw and switched my winnings to only $100. I have gave this casino over $12000 and it always gives me dead spins . So obviously I was so happy to finally get a hit. Then they scam me and say I can only have $100. This is the second time this has happened. It’s not right . This is the scammiest casino I have ever played. Please help.

Thanks very much for your time. I’d say this has been one of the worst casinos I have ever dealt with. Hands down. I have deposited over 12000 and get dead spins most of the time I play. Only have been able to withdraw less then 2000 because they don’t let me withdraw when I win big amounts. I had a bonus but made all wagering requirements. In my account it said available amount I can withdraw is $4800 then they reply and said actually I can’t have that and they are switching it to $100. Can you imagine?? 🤯Like I mentioned before this happened another time when I won $1200 and they only gave me $75. Yes I’m verified. Never in my life have I felt so scammed by a company. I can’t believe companies like this can operate and take advantage of people. I’m really losing all faith in the online casino industry. Seems like one shady experience after another with all casinos I have dealt with. They can just get away with being crooks. Not right at all.

Could you please forward me the communication between you and the casino regarding the capped winnings? Please bear in mind that many bonuses have a win limit and the amount exceeding the allowed limit is deducted from the player's account when they request a withdrawal.

Do you think this is right that I have deposited over$13000 and never won more then $2000 then I win $4800 and they say I can have $100. Ethically do you think this is fair? What is the point of you guys. This is the second time I have filed a complaint with you people and you have done nothing to help. This industry is as shady as they come and appears you guys promote these shady casinos. I don’t have any communication with these scam artists about this cap. I had a feeling you guys were not going to help. These casinos can get away with all this super shady business and player get treated like garbage and no one helps.

$15265 deposits

only $2610 withdrawals that is not about luck. That is scam and not fair play at all. Non stop depositing no play time no returns. Lies about 96% rtp. If I win good amounts they won’t give them to me. I want justice and I’m sick of these companies getting away with scamming people. Companies like casino gurus promoting and defending companies like this. Do you people have a conscience? What’s the point filing complaints when you guys do nothing to help. This is my second time. This industry is so shady.
