i won and wagered 350 aud and they took my winnings and left me75 aud. then told me i could not withdraw without making another deposit with visa. or withdraw 450 minimum through bank withdrawal. then the games wouldnott pay at all. they were no help in chat and the chat picture is a false picture used for all chat profiles, rude, inconsiderate and very unfair, theives as far as i am concerned. i won fair and square, i believe they are cheats.

Thank you very much for contacting us. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem. Please could you specify which bonus you received? I checked the casino’s website, specifically the Bonus T&Cs, and this is what I found:

"If not stated otherwise, the maximum payout from any no deposit bonus (including free spins) is 50 EURO/USD, 3,500 RUB, 1,500 UAH, 225 PLN, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 500 NOK, 1,250 CZK, 0.005 BTC, 0.325 ETH, 0.2 BCH, 0.75 LTC, 22,000 DOGE. All winnings above this amount will be cancelled when wagering is finished or payout is requested."

Could you forward me please any relevant communication between you and the casino including their reasons why the winnings from the bonus play have been capped/limited to $75? Thank you very much in advance.
