I had a bet out of 90 cents and hit the line one jackpot and they didn’t pay me all my money should have been 10,000 x .90 cents

There is also conflicting info between the game developers pay bets max and minimums… this is false advertising and it even states times my bet, wager, stake…. I included that from FanDuels site. Let me know if you need anything.

I reviewed the provided evidence. From the replay and accompanying screenshots, I can see you played 9 lines with a bet of 10 cents each, since you won three matching symbols on line #1, the payout was 0.10 x10000 = 1000 dollars. I would like to congratulate you on your win, but we agree with the casino, that the payout was accurate. The win came from one line, where the bet was 0.10 and not 0.90.

I’m very curious on where it says pay comes from one line? It didn’t say that anywhere and everything I say said times my bet? How do you come up with that when it does not say that anywhere?

Let me try to explain:

(1) this is the bet per line (2) these colorful dots represent the lines that you can bet on (3) this is the total amount of bets for all 9 lines, this amount will be deducted if you press the play button.

If all lines are selected, you will bet 0.10 on each of the lines selected.

In your winning video, you bet 0.10 on lines 1 to 9 (together 0.90). Lines 2 to 9 were not winning combinations. Line 1 had the winning combination with a payout of 10000x, which amounted to 1000 dollars.

Please note this is the principle of how all similar slot games work, and how payouts are usually given. Even though it's not explained explicitly, this is how it's used in practice and isn't anything unfair. I hope this helps shed some light on what happened.
