The player from the United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties accessing her account due to an alleged self-exclusion. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They have closed my account even though i have winnings of 2000 Euros in the account, they have stated that because i am a self confessed problem gambler they cannot transfer the funds nor reopen account to do so.
on thursday 07/07/07 i deposited over £1300 pounds to this site, from which i won back £2000.00 which equates to my deposited amount and a bit, they have since held on to these funds and closed my account because i am a gambling addict and they are helping me.
they request that i forward a request to have my deposited amount refunded which is subject to approval.
so in all they are keeping my deposited amount over £1300 and my winnings of 2000 euros to help me.
i want my money back from this site and need legal advice. i know they are not governed by any governing bodies but i need to make a point that sites like this should not be online.
Dear sancias192,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Have you ever requested your account to be closed or suggested a gambling problem when communicating with Fancy Reels Casino? Could you please advise if you have self-excluded yourself from any other casino in the past?
If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
