I have playing with Carnival room casino for a long time, FABSPINs apparently are the same casino because that's where the email goes when contacting support. I won $2500 on my daily depositers free spins. I asked had I played through what I needed to at the live chat and what is the withdrawal limit. Which he told me playthrough was done and yep a $5000 withdrawal limit.

I won the money playing properly in the guidelines.

I won and requested the withdrawal on the 21/6 , it is still in the pending box telling me I can cancel the withdrawal. I don't want to cancel my winnings I want what I have played for. I have spent more than this in the named casino. Why can't they just pay you on time. It's doing my head in looking at the withdraw just sitting there.

Today I had a chat to the guy on the chat service and he reassured me I am getting paid hmmm

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick, I got a response the next day asking what sort of account I had so I sent back the name of the account.

Yes my information and ID was verified.

The free spins are for depositors, ( if you deposit you get 14 free spins everyday for 14 days) and it does say underneath the playthrough needed and so when I knew I had played the playthrough I confirmed with chat, just to verify it and then I asked what the maximum withdrawal is and he said $5000.

Which it does state withdrawal is $5000 anything over that is taken by casino.

I've actually had the same thing happen at another casino so I was extra careful I did what they asked.

I don't use bonuses anymore because of the BS they can fool you with. Once bitten twice shy.

So yes I did play correctly and also confirmed I had done everything correctly with the chat guy.

He congratulated me and everything.

I have put a lot of money in this casino so I cannot understand why they hassle or try to find ways not to payout.

Btw I had an email this morning after I chat to a guy called Jason in the chat room stating the time it takes.

He said in his chat " don't worry I can assure you you will get your winnings"

He was great and very nice on chat, then he said he would " escalate the process "
