Link to casino is: Tropical Fortune This site was an "upgrade from Raging Bull (I think). Have had previous withdrawals and fully verified. I did not play any bonus or free games. Are you able to assist with this withdrawal please. I have a second withdrawal also at this site thats still pending (and overdue now) of $200 from 10 February 2023.

I am communicating on chat, and they ask me to be patient..... but its wearing thin now. Thanks muchly, Kirsty


Sister site: also an upgrade is Ibiza Room and on the same date in December I requested a withdrawal of $150.00

Would you be able to find the information about which casino handles these VIP rooms?

According to my available information fabspins and raging bull are not associated casinos. What comes to mind is that both might use inclave login which behaves in confusing ways sometimes.


Please allow me some time to ascertain the situation about Zenith slots and Comet room.

In the meantime, could you please explain if you used a VPN service to access these websites?

I have never used enclave login to these sites. One of the rooms is definately a spin off from Raging Bull casino, but as they kept "upgrading" me its hard to follow. Initially my old computer used google chrome, and current one has the browser microsoft edge

Unfortunately, I again received a reply contrary to your claims, from the casino representative. They stopped offering their services to Australian customers several years ago and deny they are associated with the brands responsible for your issues with non-payment.

Are there any other emails regarding the Tropical Fortune brand that might reveal who is handling them?


Please note that Fabspins casino (Ibiza Room) is marked as closed according to our findings, and it didn't cooperate with us in trying to resolve players' issues in the past.

Hi Tomas, thanks for digging into this for me. I have sent youa number of emails regarding tropical fortune upgraded from zenith slots. As for raging bull not having Australian Players, thats a load of rubbish as I had many deposits and withdrawals with them. Both rooms I am having issues with are definately related as when I go to chat I get the same operator.

Both rooms are still acting like its business as usual, but tell me to email to follow up my withdrawals as there are already many notes showing I have followed up...in other words they not wanna chat anymore.

Unfortunately, I don't have any new information confirming this.

We can only pursue VIP Room complaints when there is a confirmation about which casino handles it, but that wasn't successfully established. Even presented with the emails and chat transcripts, the casino representative denies any connection with the brands that delay your withdrawal.

The only connection remaining we have is to the Fabspins casino which doesn't communicate with us and is marked as closed in our database. We are therefore forced to close this complaint as unresolved under the Fabspins casino.

I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
