Hello CasinoGuru.


Sigh, here I am again asking kindly for your help. Last time when I tried to withdraw from Explosino Casino, they did this same thing to me. I just wait and wait and wait. I have talked many times to Explosino Chat and always they say to me that my withdrawal request has been sent to Financial Department. But after that nothing ever happens again. They just say the same thing in the chat that "We are sorry for delay, your request has been sent to Financial Department". I am starting to think that Explosino are doing this to me on purpose and I cant reason why. I haven't broken any rules at the site. Or at least if I would have, I could think that they would say it to me in chat.


But no... Again they just leave me hanging for some reason.


Yes, I get it that sometimes withdrawal can delay for whatever reasons. But two times in a row that I have to wait for 2 months to my withdrawal is just.. Ridiculous.


So, I'm asking again for your help Guru. It just feels that I have done anything I can but they don't want to work together with me.

We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that your withdrawal has been requested on the 4th of Feb 2021 and your preferred payment method was Bitcoin? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hi. Yes, withdraw request was made on 4th of February, and preferred payment method is BTC as I deposited with it also.

Ah and yes, I played with bonus but I cancelled the bonus and wagered my deposit 3 times as the site requires so.

As you mentioned, you have some delays with BitCoin payment method, since delays doesn't necessarily means that it is not possible to withdraw the player's balance and given the fact, the player's payment method of choice is undoubtedly BitCoin, I would like to ask you, could you please proceed to pay the player via BitCoin? Or is there any other issue?

What's a "little longer"...? Another 2-3 months? I don't want to be rude but I cant understand how a casino cant pay some 458 euro as a method which you are offering to customer.


I could understand much better if my withdrawal would be somewhere near 10 000 euros that it could take some time, but under 500eur? C'mon.


It was exact same thing with my verified ecopayz also before, I had to ask you over 3 months that I could get my withdrawal. You didn't do anything for my withdrawal until I contacted Guru, then I got my withdraw almost instantly. Which was last time I tried to withdraw.


So for some reason I just doubt highly that BTC-method would take longer to pay. Sorry but Im losing my patience. Just pay me and ill be gone from your site.
