yes im already fully verified, and casino told me that all withdrawal will be processed in 24 hours.


i played without bonus or free spins.


never had a payout before on that casino.


they told me first due some problems, not they told me because of high traffic on withdrawals. and since 5 days their telling me that it will be processed in the soonest way as possible.

at least they contacted me now, and try to withdrawal with another method, badly ecopayz isnt available in my region. I do not understand, why they cant withdraw it in BTC as this is the fastest and safest method. they already have my btc wallet address so its very easy 🙂

now you should decide what the problem really is.. per email you told me thats its just because of huge amount of withdrawal requests and nothing about above mentioned Problem. as you know you should have a btc wallet from where you send your btc to the clients. as there is no problem with the btc network resp. the blockchain i cant believe that. so pls you are talking to an absolute btc nerd who has more than 100k followers on twitter😉

why you give them now much more time? at first you told me until monday.. now its until thursday? did they tell you something exactly about the problem? on askgamblers they did not mention something about the problems with the payment provider. just as withdrawal request are increasing and thats why.. so to me its like they try to hide something.


very bad customer service from their side. nothing transparent, what a casino should be all the time.

I’m extending the timer till next Thursday which will be exactly two weeks since your withdrawal request. We advise all the players to wait at least 14 days before they submit a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals. I have set the timer previously till Monday as the casino didn’t communicate with you, but, that’s not the case anymore.
