Hello. Once again I am faced with the dilemma that Explosino is taking its time with the payout on Skrill. I can't understand that it takes a week or more for them to pay off. Other providers pay out within a few hours or within 24 hours. I had hoped that something would have improved since my last complaint, but unfortunately I was wrong

Andere Anbieter zahlen innerhalb weniger Stunden bzw. Innerhalb von 24h aus. Ich hatte gehofft, daß sich seit meiner letzten Beschwerde etwas gebessert hat, aber da lag ich wohl leider falsch

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Knowing that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello. There are 3 payouts open. No bonus money. I was also confirmed via email that withdrawals via Skrill are accepted. Upon request in the Explosino Chat, I was informed that the payouts will be made in sequence. But I can hardly imagine that so many payouts are open that it takes a week
