DO NOT DEPOSIT AT THIS CASINO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I made a deposit with bitcoin after three days if not receiving the funds to my account I get a hold of them (after speaking with a friend and finding out that they had in total stolen $600 out of her account ) where their agent verifies that the address in question was used on the 20th of Feb., but then states they never received my deposit. I sent proof that the deposit was completed in blockchain. I finally get a manager on the line who then back tracks and states that my deposit was never sent to that bitcoin address or if it was they never received it that my last deposit with them was weeks ago. I took pictures of the entire conversation where they admit I used that the queen address on the damage deposit and then I’m saying I never sent the deposit!

After investigation, we found out that there was no deposit attempt at Intertops on the 20/02/21 by this player.
 
We strongly assume, that the player maybe deposited at another casino.

I have snapshots of the casino agent verifying the BTC address in question was indeed used at this casino therefore could not be an address used at another casino as all BTC addresses are different each time!

We, at Intertops could not locate your deposit of $20 on your actual Intertops account, but we found on Blockchain that this address was used on the 20th Feb. After investigation we can confirm that this was not used at Intertops, so it must have been used for another casino brand.

I have checked my other places but I will try again and even try getting my wallet to trace it but I only deposited at 2 places and I got my funds at the other place but never did at Intertops!

I am very sorry about your situation, but the casino clearly states that it is not their address. Please, do you have any relevant information/evidence proving that you really send these amounts to the Intertops Casino bitcoin address?

I can prove funds sent to that address but who the address belongs to no, and when I contacted the casino the rep stated I used that address on the day of my deposit. I had proof of the conversation that was sent to you in private message.

I can see these files, unfortunately, without any relevant proof that you got this address directly from the casino, we can never be sure if you made a mistake in the address or the address was correct. Therefore, we believe in the presumption of innocence, and we are forced to reject your case. I am sorry we could not help you more, and I highly recommend you to stay cautious with bitcoin deposits because when you deposit on the wrong address returns are almost impossible.
