The player’s winnings were confiscated due to allegedly braking the maximum bet rule. The player strongly disagrees and is convinced the casino altered his game history. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
Euromoon casino afterwards manipulated (=counterfeited) my play history to avoid paying out my winnings. They altered at their end one game to look like it exceeded the maximum allow stake size when playing with a bonus.
I have 100% clear knowledge that while playing I didn't suddenly make that one bigger bet that stands out oddly from the bet pattern / all the time the same size bets that I made Furthermore, it wouldn't make absolutely any sense for me to intentionally exceed the allowed size.
This gave them an excuse to confiscate my winnings.
Dear Tommi,
Thank you for contacting Casino Guru and letting us help you with your issue. This is a difficult case, especially without any specific evidence. Do you have any screenshots you could upload before and after your game history was changed to support your claim?
Best regards,
Peter

Hi,
one of the main problem is that Euromoon Casino doesn't have a game history at all. Secondly, I assume (but not 100% certain) they have ripped off Betsoft games, which makes it even harder to even ask a check from the game provider either.
I'm absolutely sure that I didn't place the one strange bigger size bet suddenly that was used as an excuse to avoid paying my winnings and framing me to breach the bonus terms. The altered bet size was exactly twice the amount I played pretty much all the time. That manipulation was done only to one game round.
It doesn't make any sense that I would make such a bet suddenly.
Gathering information from many respected gambing review and support sites: Askgamblers, ThePogg, etc... I have strong hunch that we are dealing with crooks when it comes to Euromoon Casino. That makes me very pessimistic and sceptic about retrieving my confiscated account balance. The most important thing anymore is that I want to warn others.
First, Euromoon Casino removed my winnings and returned my balance back to my original 100 EUR deposit. But after they were informed that I will spread the word about this and start sending complaints and investigation requests suddenly without any notice or reason they further removed my 100 EUR balance, my comp points and in their messages (between the lines) tried to make me ask a closure of my account - acting that way, like a teenager's tantrum, is very unprofessional and just exposed their true nature even more.
And until now the casino doesn't update / reply anything.
All in all, I leave this here from my side. I don't want to poke the beehive myself anymore. I'm honestly scared of them. They are dangerous fraudsters in my opinion. But if you can help with this case, it will be still highly appreciated.
*by not having a game history; I meant above that they don't have such a game history that would show my actual gameplay in the round with details.
Hi Tommi,
Thank you for the reply. As you surely noticed, the casino has very bad rating also on our website. I believe it will be difficult to get a response from them, but I will do my best to help. I will contact the casino and let you know as soon as there is something new.
Best regards,
Peter
We would like to ask the Euromoon Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Dear Tommi,
I'm afraid the casino will not reply to your complaint. I tried to contact them repeatedly but I wasn't successful. I'm really sorry I couldn't be of more help. Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
Best regards,
Peter
