The player's verification is delayed for over 2 weeks. We closed the complaint as unresolved because there's been no reaction to the player's issue from the casino's side.
I made a deposit and I tried to withdrawal 500 but would only do 281 because ove cash out rules. I was told fast cash out and sent in verification. It's been 2 weeks and I keep getting still processing it will be there within 24 48 hrs. I'm still waiting 3 days later

It's been well over its Ben 17 days and all I get is any day now or 24 to 48 hrs
I submitted the documents on September 3rd for verification and I talked on Chat with customer service. I was then told financial was finishing up and I will receive anyday.. that was 5 days ago.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I'm sorry to say this, but since we have received no response from the casino, we cannot proceed with resolving your complaint because cooperation from the casino's side is sufficient for the investigation. I will now close your complaint as unresolved, but the casino can always request to reopen it.
