The player from United Arab Emirates had pending winnings from slots and sports betting, and despite contacting live chat, had concerns about Emirbet not honoring the payout as it had been pending for 48 hours. The player had submitted all the necessary documents for KYC verification, including a picture of himself next to his ID card. Despite this, the casino had not responded to his queries or processed his withdrawal. We advised the player to wait for two weeks for the withdrawal to be processed and set a timer for an additional 5 days for the casino to respond. However, due to the lack of response from the player to our messages and questions, we were unable to proceed with further investigation or provide potential solutions, resulting in the rejection of the complaint.

I had won this amount from slots and sport betting however it has been on pending for the last 48 hours. After reading some reviews I am worried that Emirbet will not honour the amount.


On live chat they have told me that withdrawal are handled by another department. It is weird how deposits are instant however withdrawals take time.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Thank you for your reply, I have received an email from them regarding documents and I have replied with all documents necessary, they have responded with documents have been reviewed and the only other document the financial team needs is a picture of me next to my ID card which I have sent so I am just waiting on there reply. Let’s see what happens
