Hello,


I have a 1250 euro withdrawel pending. And i know i need to wait longer theb 24 houres. Live support says usually withdrawels done around 48 houres. But i feel live support is saying different things and isnt clear about my KYC. Ive uploaded documents but they cant check if my KYC is good. Im afraid they gonna cancel my withdrawel and ask for more documents and keep the train going like this. I dont want to write anything bad about the casino yet since its not been long since my withdrawel but KYC stuff needs to be clear tho... casino guru last time i made a withdrawel at a casino i got scammed (spinpirato casino) to i would really like you guys to help me out here to solve this quickly. Without causing anyone. A bad name. Thanks.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Okay update ive waited 2 days on my withdrawel request just to see it get cancelled. Ive made deposit in visa and tried to withdrawing in crypto for some security reason this is not allowed. Yet a good reason for cancelling my withdrawel and let me wait for days again. Ive now made a bank transfer and asked support if this should be good. Now its waiting time again. I dont like schemes lile this since its just to let the player lose it balance rather then giving them the withdrawel. Whats going to be next they cancelling my withdrawel because they needed more documents? If this happends my patience is already running out.

Okay anothee update. Withdrawel got rejected again. This time it was because i putet my name instead of the bank name. I corrected it all and now i gave all correct information and asked another withdrawel. I feel they really like to cancell withdrawels for stupid reasons.

Okay another update today. I keep posting it here so i have a clear schedule of how all whent. Today i hoped finally see my withdrawel completed but no yet again i got an email they now need another document. While i already passed KYC. But whatever 5 minutes later ive send them the document. But not heard of them anymore. Really frustrated how they are prolonging my withdrawel day by day.
