The player's account got blocked due to using someone else's card. The complaint was resolved as the player's account got reopen after the verification.
Hello Hristina,
Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm sorry to hear about your issue with Efbet Casino. Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Was this your fist deposit into the casino? Did the casino refund the deposited amount after your account got blocked? Could you please advise when exactly did they block your account?
Please note that it is against the casino term's to use someone else's card and they had every right to close your account. Keep in mind that if you will ever play in any other casino again to register under your name and use only your own payment methods otherwise they will block you again.
In this current case, you should get back your deposit and it is up to the casino whether they reopen your account or not.
Regards,
Nick
Hello
This is not the first deposit in the casino. My amount has not been refunded and my account has been blocked on 29.01.22
I received a warning message by email dated 17.11 that if I deposit with someone else's card my account will be closed. The problem is that I did not see this message, I saw it only on January 29 when I realized that my account is already blocked.
Also, when I deposited for the last time, I did not deposit by card, but by pay
Hello Hristina,
Unfortunately, it is not only about the message you received but it is clearly in the casino terms as well, which you agreed to when you registered. It can be found here: https://www.efbet.net/UK/help#circumstances
3.4. All Customers should at all times be able to guarantee not to be:
- Acting on behalf of a third party
- Depositing money of unclear origin
- Depositing money through a credit card which they are not authorized to use or knowingly receiving money from such credit card.
The money deposited from the 3rd party should be refunded back there and your own deposits to your own payment. What did you mean you deposited by "pay"?
Also please note that if you had no balance left when your account was blocked, the casino has no obligation to pay you out (they still should pay out the 3rd party thou)

Nick
Hello
I had a balance when my account was blocked. I still don't have an answer from the site.
Dear Hristina,
Could you please sum it up 1 more time with the balances as well?
How much did you deposit with friend's card? - what happen to that balance (did you lose it or won anything with it)?
How much did you deposit with your own payment? - what happen with that money?
How much was your balance when they blocked you?
The deposit with the card no friend I do not remember how much it was, because I can not log in and see the history of deposits. The deposit by a friend's card was in late December or early January. I did not win anything with the deposit through a friend's card. When I deposited with my money, then I won BGN 200, after which my account was blocked when I released them for withdrawal. Then they were returned to the account and I could not withdraw them due to the fact that I had previously deposited a card with a friend. I was told that these BGN 200 will remain in the account and my account will be closed until a team from efbet makes a decision within 10 working days. Today is day 9 and I still don't have an answer from them.
Today I called the site to ask when I will get an answer from them, because I still do not have an answer. I was told to wait 10 days. Today is the tenth day and they said they have not yet made a decision.
Hello again. I want to say that my account is unlocked. The amount is also available. thanks
Thank Hristina for letting us know that your account is now unlocked. Please be sure to never ever use someone else's card in any online casino as it will definitely cause you a lot of trouble. Always use your own personal details and payments to surely get your winnings. The complaint will be now closed and please do not hesitate to contact us if you will come across any other trouble again in the future.
Regards,
Nick
