The player from Belarus provided the required documents multiple times, but the account still hasn’t been verified. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have send my documents like a 1000 times and they keep replying me with the same message that I need to send documents. I have been on chat but their support is horrible. They dont even listen and starting to repeat the same message over and over again. Like your dealing with bots instead of humans.
Recently send me documents again and still no response.
I can deposit no problem. There is no need voor verification ofcourse. Can somebody please assist in these matter.

I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for you, but please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and proceeds the verification process differently.
Could you please indicate, which documents exactly you have already provided? Do I understand correctly that none of them haven’t been approved?
