Wrote in those support, they said that you need to pay a commission for all transactions of 12%. I canceled all transactions by replenishing the balance by 7% of them. I replenished the account by 560 hryvnia, put 4000 for withdrawal, the commission for withdrawal (492 UAH = 12%) was removed, there is no withdrawal. Those. support said that my profile is too suspicious in document verification (I didn’t pass it) and they said that I need to pay a commission of 20% of the transaction amount and go through verification again (although I didn’t pass it), the details are all right, I have one account! I invested more than I won, there is no withdrawal! The case is 2 months old, my acc was deleted or blocked, I can’t log in.
