The casino has horrible payment methods, they do not pay the BTC or in visual wallets, only banks from some very strange countries. I won 25 dollars from the bonus without deposit and they never gave it to me

Also, could you please provide more information about your bonus winnings? Which bonus did you play with? There are many possible reasons why you aren’t able to withdraw your winnings (for example unfinished wagering requirements, incomplete verification, many casinos require one successful deposit before they allow players to request a withdrawal, etc.). Have you tried asking the casino where the problem is?
