I open account with duelz casino, start depositing money my account was fully verified. After few days i deposited total amount of roughly 2500£. Managed to win 5016. I withdraw 2000 and left balance in account 3016.

next day i received an email of verification again and asked me to send alot of documents i sent the email with verification documents..

on the same day they self exclude me and i am not able to login in account.They are not replying my emails now i can not find any contact number of this casino.

its really giving me a mental health problem as i am thinking that they robbed me.No communications at all unable to login my account.i am really seeking help and trying to find solution to take legal action against them. I am regular gambler never had these kind of problems before on other sites.

Could you please advise if you ever requested for a self exclusion in this specific casino or in the same casino group? Did you receive any money from the casino since your account got closed? When exactly did this happen?

Thanks for your response regarding my complain.

I never self exclude my self from duelz or any other site.After withdraw they just self exclude my account and they are not replying my emails now.So my balance of £5016 is with them.

This all happened on 16/08/2022.

Hello thanks for your reply i have sent you an email,

they are asking me to provide me 3rd parties bank transaction which i can not give its from my father and friends.i can not give everyone bank statement to this casino.

Dear Khurram2010,

I'm really sorry but as long as you have used a 3rd party payment, the casino had every right to close your account and void your balance as it is strictly against the casino terms. Please note that you always have to deposit into an online casino with your own funds.

The complaint will be now rejected due of breaching the casino terms.
