Well iv been like completely cut off from the site after giving them all of my details. Me and my partner have a shared bank account which I deposited 40 off our card I then won 7k then when I went to withdraw the money they told me I need to verify my account and send them all my personal information. After a month of doing everything they asked of me they told me they have no other option but to void my winnings and pay bak 40 dollars to my card. I think this is very unfair and and was a stufup on there end. U would think if I could deposit off our card I could withdraw what is rite fully mine.

Did you communicate a possibility of depositing funds from a joint card beforehand? Whose name is displayed on the actual card? Lastly, could you please advise if your partner holds an account in the same casino?
