The player from Italy claims the casino allowed an underaged player to play, and let him create multiple accounts. He is now requesting a deposit refund. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hello I ask for this refund because my underage child was able to play at this casino then I also have 6 accounts do not need documents to deposit or withdraw with cryptocurrencies also from my device they did not realize that I have 7 accounts? Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please clarify how your child could play here? Did they use your account or they have created their own?
I checked the T&Cs and I found this:
"You are limited to only one Account on duelbits.com. Creating further Accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service and may terminate your Account without notice or delay. Any on-site credits remaining on the Accounts will be frozen. If you forgot yourlogin data or password to your first Account contact the Support: support@duelbits.com before creating another Account."
Also, please understand that it is the player who breaches the T&Cs by creating multiple accounts, and not the casino that allows it.
