Apparently Ducky Luck cannot wire to banks in WA State. They claim that this is due to my bank not accepting wires. I bank at a credit union, and they DO and HAVE accepted incoming wires for my winnings from Ducky Luck - in April 2023. So, they are liars and are tacking tactics to not pay me out. I did call there today, and the rep stated that my money was wired on 05/02. I also used live chat and the rep also stated that the wires were sent on 05/02. But Ducky Luck replied to my review that my "bank" won't accept wires and I will have to use crypto, which I refuse to do. Why can't I get an honest answer?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Why don't use simply use a different payment method as the casino advises? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

HELLO!!


Yes my account was fully verified as I have already received one withdrawal of $2500 (less fees) into my credit union in WA state, which they now claim will not accept their wires transfers:

4/18/2023 Descriptive Deposit - Incoming Wire Transfer $2,438.00


So, yes I have already received a wire/withdrawal into the same account to which they now claim they cannot wire.


I have no knowledge of crypto currency - I am a Chief Financial Officer and I trust in "real" money 🙂 I trust crypto less than I trust Ducky Luck. As they CAN wire into my account as proven by my 04/18 wire without incident, why should I have to choose another method? I guess now to get my money, I need them to reverse my withdrawals so I can request a check to be mailed to me in WY - which I am 100% is them stalling to give me my money. And I should not have to do this - but I do want my money so I can permanently close my account.


I talk to them EVERY day and sometimes multiple times per day - each time, I get a complete different answer.


This morning I received an email stating that I used my withdrawal funds - those were funds in my play balance NOT my withdrawal funds. I was not going to try to get any other withdrawal other than those pending, so I gambled it to $0, I had 5) pending withdrawals total - 1) 2500, 2) 2500, 3) $2500 4) 500 and 5) $2500.


1) was the $2500 they took from my play balance and since reversed that withdrawal and put those $'s back into my play account which I did gamble away on purpose yesterday afternoon. So that pending withdrawal is now gone from my withdrawal history.


2) this money is owed to me $2500


3) this money is owned to me $2500


4) this money is owed to me $500, although I stopped fighting for the withdrawal weeks ago as I was told the $'s were wired on 04/25 and I just have to wait longer


5) this money was received into my WA state account


I do have screen shots of my withdrawal history and all live chats and of course I have all the emails.

If I can just get this $3000 - an older $500 wire that I never received as they claim they cannot wire into the account in which the have already wired + another $2500 withdrawal. There system was reversing my withdrawals, then using my play balance to make new withdrawal requests, and now claiming I used the withdrawal funds as of this morning although I still have 3 approved withdrawals showing on my withdrawal history ($500+$2500+$2500). This is so CRAZY that I can only laugh 🙂 And unfortunately I chose an unlicensed casino and there is no recourse.

I had a phone conversation yesterday with Ducky Luck support - they are adamant that I played through all of my money - I think their tactic was to reverse one withdrawal and also take my play balance and then put it back to explain that I played through all of my money. - I do have to say, those are good tactics!


I did follow up to them with this email...

I understand that Ducky Luck will not wire again to my WA credit union, but I need them reversed so I can request paper checks mailed to my WY home. Only $2500 that was taken from my play balance and then added back to my play balance was played through. This has NOTHING to do with my original $500 and $2500 withdrawal requests. If I had access to my daily balances, you would see that $5000 - my $2500 withdrawal owed to me AND the $2500 that was taken and then added back to my play balance was NOT played through - ONLY the $3250 that I won from the $1000 free coins.


I will not let this go as I am 100% correct - and your system has been changing my withdrawals and play balance without my permission. This is 100% unethical... JustJeanna Jeanna Boscia

I just got off the phone with them---now they are claiming not only did they add my $2500 back to my $3250 play balance from my withdrawal that had been pending, but also the $500 that was pending for weeks.


This is SO stressful and makes me SO angry that I settled for a $1000 cash out and a $1000 in free coins to play but with a SIXTY x betting requirement and a max cash out of $1000 - of course to ensure I can't possibly cash any of those $'s out. So I will pass on that.


Once I get my $1000, I will deactivate my account and move on to a casino that at least is ethical.

You should not have settled for less withdrawal than you had in my opinion, of course it is your decision. So the $1000 is currently pending and you play with the free coins? Did the casino give you any time frame of when should the money arrive?
