I won the money at the casino and requested a withdrawal by way of check after I sent verification forms they need before they release funds and two weeks passed and I reached out to the casino and they said they sent it and they gave me the date and a tracking number well it’s been since September 2021 and it’s November 2021 and I still haven’t received my check despite telling them I haven’t received my withdrawal and asking them if the check was cashed and they responded that it hasn’t furthermore I asked if I haven’t received it and it hasn’t been cashed why can’t accounting just void the check and send me a new one and call it good they respond that they sent it which I want to believe but when I feel like they are trying to dupe me when I’m emailing in plain English I feel like this is fraud when they are not listening to my request of voiding and sending me a new check this frustrating and I’m pursuing legal action if this doesn’t work!😡

Is this your first ever withdrawal in the casino? Is you account already verified? Could you please send us any communication between you and the casino related to this issue? Send it please to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Please note, if it's your first ever withdrawal request in the casino, it may take up to 14 days for the money to arrive on your account, however, we have no experience with how long might it take with checks but it is a much slower way of payment.

So my account is verified and I’ve done a withdrawal but it wasn’t verified so I did a reversal which is automatically I have emails from them let me find them and I’ll send them to you

Do I understand it correctly that you have reversed the withdrawal? So currently you have no pending withdrawal and no check on the way?

No I have had a withdrawal reversal in the past, the money I’m talking about now has never made it to me

Hello congolicious and Villiam. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Doing a quick review, I noticed that the check was sent, a tracking number was provided and it does show as received. The check so far has not been cashed and we requested a stop payment for it.

The money will be deposited back into the players account as soon as we confirm the check has been stopped. It can take up to 48 hours since we requested it. The client will then have to request a new withdrawal.

Hello Villiam. The reversal was processed and I see a successful payment sent to the client on 12/03 via BTC. No further correspondence has been received so, we believe that the withdrawal was received by the client.
