The player from the United States had requested a withdrawal of $2500 six weeks prior. He was initially informed that it had been processed, but it turned out this was not the case. Despite numerous interactions with the casino, he had not received his winnings. After the player lodged a complaint with us, we had initiated a dialogue with the casino. Eventually, the casino paid the player's winnings through Bitcoin, citing a problem with the bank account details as the cause of the delay. The issue was then resolved.

This casino is absolutely horrible!! I wish I would have read the reviews prior. I tried to withdrawal $2500. I submitted all the required documents got confirmation they were received and approved. I was told multiple times that I was paid out on Dec 25th waited and waited did not receive my money. I reached out again on 1/19/24 and I was told that I was just paid out on 1/18/24! Almost a month later! I was lied to by multiple representatives. All I get is the run around when it comes to my withdrawal. They sure do take my money out right away. Now it's going on a month and a half and still have not received my money!

Hello Veronika this was my first attempt at a withdrawal. I believe I had an active bonus which I reached out to customer support and they told me I had fulfilled the bonus and could withdrawal. I reached out to support yesterday and got the same answer as everyone else. They will need to get ahold of that department and I will receive an email when they have an update. Please let me know anything else you need.
