Play at this casino for a very long time was a high roller Golden goose vip player. In the beginning they made me feel good even when I lost I enjoyed playing there then. It started to get worse and worse and worse. I literally went from VIP top to, the lowest beginner you can be. All because I didn't deposit.

You guys have really made me feel like s*** After Spending a lot of money You guys just throw me to the floor. Yeah, I'm not going to deposit when I'm not winning for shit

However, even if your casino VIP status has been downgraded, we are unable to compel the casino to reinstate your previous status. Each gambling establishment has its own VIP tiers, and we cannot dictate the rules or determine who should be upgraded or downgraded. This principle aligns with our approach of not intervening when a promotional offer is not granted to a player. The casino itself determines how it categorizes players into different levels and establishes the criteria for such classification.

I could Care less about getting it back. I'm just, I guess upset. I'm pretty p***** But how did they lie to you and literally? I was VIP E high roller for over a year and a 1/2 and all the sudden 1 day but I'm back to square one. No, worning's no nothing. And I still deposited weekly there.

I guess I'm just really p***** how I've spent $100000 or close to it to get a big f**k you And I don't want other players to feel the same way. I feel because like I said and the beginning when I first started playing. They may keep feel wanted they make. You feel you know good about playing like? I did even when I was losing. I felt good because it seemed like they care. Then management whatever to cover and. Screwed everybody up.
