The player from Germany had his winnings voided due to an irregular play.
After my dormant account at DB was reactivated (I last visited years ago and remembered it well, but it was structured completely differently) I deposited € 2000 there and played mostly with the Martingale. On May 14th I had 150 € paid out on a trial basis, which was finally on my Visa card on May 25th. During this time I continued to play hard and on May 26th I requested another payment of 300 €. Without further warning I received the following email:

Hello,
no, I don't like your e-mail.
how so is the application of martingales unfair? If I lost it, you would certainly not claim that and collect the sum. And besides, where is my paid-in capital? Please credit it back to my account or pay it out immediately.
Balance yesterday € 2,108
plus credit what I had requested for payout € 300.25
Kind regards
Walter

Hello,
So you seriously want to confiscate my balance? My deposited money too? I find that unheard of. You should at least have issued a warning beforehand.
My suggestion, release my balance so that I can withdraw it. After that I will withdraw, because a reasonable game cannot be played in 20 seconds. You can check it in the game, I've tried it.
If you do not comply with my request after releasing my credit, I will publish this one-time process in all forums known to me. This is my final decision.
Or is it so necessary for Dublinbet to unlawfully enrich itself from players' credit in this way?
Kind regards
Walter
So it went on and on, I'll be happy to send you the complete mail exchange ...
Dear Walter,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
I have checked the general terms and conditions, and the casino still has this rule https://www.dublinbet.com/terms-of-use/:
"5.1.13. When a player makes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the casino, this includes strategies like "martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies" then the casino will take action including the confiscation of winnings and bonus funds. We will only take this action in the event that this behaviour is reasonably evident. The user is prohibited from using devices such as robots, any other external player assistance (EPAs) program, or techniques that distort normal gameplay and give the player an unfair advantage."
Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that we consider banning betting patterns unfair. Please check our article from Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/our-position-on-banning-betting-patterns:
"All casino games are configured to give casinos a mathematical advantage. This means that the casino will always be profitable in the long run. It is a direct consequence of mathematical laws that are present everywhere, casino games included. We even dive deep into this topic in our video about the mathematics of casino games. Mathematical laws dictate that, as long as probabilities of individual results remain unchanged (therefore the game has a fixed RTP), no betting strategy can give players an advantage over the casino and make them profitable in the long run. Just take a look at our article about Martingale and other common roulette strategies in this article. As long as bonuses are not part of the equation (we will discuss bonuses and their effects below), it does not make any sense for casinos to ban any betting patterns and strategies. The only consequence of banning them is a worse user experience for the players, which is why really good casinos do not do it."
We will contact the casino and ask for their standpoint, but, before we do so, could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
Thank you very much, Walter, for providing all the necessary information. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Matej who will be at your assistance. I wish you best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Hello Alias.
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Is there any chance that you have access to your game logs?
You didn't get any advantage by using martingale. Most of the casinos know that, and martingale is allowed.
I would like to invite the casino representative into the case. Please explain to us what exactly happened.
Hello Matej,
thank you for handling my case. ME because the Martingale doesn't give me an advantage, but it makes me feel good about winning almost every day. I was also not aware that Dublinbet saw it differently and said I had played unfairly. Counter-question to the casino: Why is the button "x2" doubled? If my Martingale season had crashed, they would certainly not have reacted and kept my money as a loss. So they just got "cold feet".
Yes, I still have access to my game logs and have also saved ALL sentences as a screenshot.
I am happy to explain to you what exactly I played and what happened: After I had deposited € 2000, I started my game on May 12th, 21st. I used the martingale. On May 14th, 21 I had € 150 paid out for test purposes. These were also approved and paid out. In the meantime, I continued to play mostly with the Martingale. I also switched to other ways of playing (Plein, etc.), but I just don't have enough time. So I preferred to continue playing with the Martingale (always double in case of loss) and the Super Martingale (in case of loss always double plus 1 piece).
On 5/27/21 I applied for a further payment of € 300.25. The following day this was canceled in my account history and my remaining playing capital of € 2,108 was set to "0". The rest can be found in my correspondence with the casino. Dublinbet accused me of playing unfairly and then withdrew my playing capital and the unfinished payout. However, I do not find this approach justified, it is theft in my opinion.
I am happy to back up my claims with the screenshots mentioned - but I don't know how to attach them here.
Kind regards
Walter
We would like to ask Dublinbet Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Hello Walter,
I am very sorry, but Dublinbet Casino is non-responding. By our fair gambling codex, you didn't do anything wrong - using martingale didn't give you an advantage or anyhow put you into the position that you gain an advantage over the casino.
The casino has this rule in its terms, but we consider this rule as predatory.
That's why we are closing this complaint as unresolved with status: Against fair gambling codex.
I a very sorry that we couldn't help you more.
