Yesterday I made 2 deposits via Giropay, which always worked.
Yesterday I was deducted 2x 80 euros but not credited to my account. Since then there has been no reaction from the casino, the money is gone from my bank.
I want the casino to credit my money 160 euros immediately.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to a month.. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I will set the timer for additional 26 days allowing to casino one full month to investigate, as it is not entirely in their hands, and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
