He had stated that the casino had approved his request, but he hadn't received the payment despite being a KYC verified user with previous successful withdrawals. I've played here for almost a year and have made multiple withdrawals before and am KYC verified. However my latest withdrawal has been delayed quite a bit. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal on October 31st, it was approved by the casino on December 1st however I still have not received payment.

I believe it's related to my account only. I did chat with them and each time they told me to wait. I didn't save the chats though.
