I won 2500 dollars on Dreams Casino. I cashed out on 1700 after meeting all playthrough requirements . It has been over a month and i keep getting told its under review even though i have been told i have submitted all necessary documents for verificaiton. I do not get any emails back but do get the same response on live chat every time. Which is wait three days and check back. I have been told this seven times now. The terms and conditions state that all requests will be reviewed and submitted within 7 days. I have been waiting a month with no reason as to why. I have done everything asked and only get told wait wait wait.

The casino has now approved my withdrawal. I will update if/when I receive the payment. Since i opted for a check it is supposed to take 7 - 10 days to receive.

Just a quick note mary93 to confirm payment has been issued yesterday (April 8th) to our 3rd party for disbursal as a physical check, as a general rule you can expect that within 7-10 business days from the date of payment by the casino. I will mention however it is a physical check that needs to find it's way to you so please be patient. Once it is available for delivery you will receive delivery tracking information via email.

The funds have still not cleared and the casino is saying that there is now an issue because the bank was told the check was from an online game. The bank asked where the check originated from which is a logical question. There was never any mention of not being allowed to tell the bank where it came from this is downright ludicrous. Surprise Surprise the casino is looking for a reason not to pay.

This is absolutely not worth the headache and is nothing but a waste of money. There are no issues in making deposits but getting your winnings is like pulling teeth if it is even possible. The casino advised as usual to just keep waiting and waiting and waiting. If the check is not cleared within a week i will be submitting a complaint in writing for further investigation. ANYONE READING THESE JUST A HEADS UP IT IS NOT WORTH IT ON THE CASINO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First I would like clarify one thing mary93, we use a 3rd party payment system which means from the moment your withdrawal payment leaves the casino it is cash out of pocket for us. It behooves either of us in no way for you to not have that money where it belongs, safely, and efficiently.


Of all of our payment options physical check is the least optimal certainly, however if the basic directions are followed and the check is deposited directly into the bank you have stated when requesting check as payment then all is well. It takes a bit of additional time for the funds to clear but aside from that, you get paid which is certainly the whole point of the operation.


We believe in your right to play and win, however not everyone (perhaps your bank included) feels this way. That is why we tell you directly in the email including your tracking information that perhaps it's not the best idea to mention online gaming to your bank.


Despite not following the instructions this does not necessarily mean that the check will not clear, unless the check is returned and stamped "denied" chances are they are still in the process of clearing the check to your account. How long this will take is really on the part of your bank, some banks clear the checks almost immediately. Some can drag their feet for quite some time.
