i have 2 withdrawals pending. Approved on December 22. I’ve contacted them several times and upon request, have provided my bitcoin wallet address several times. They said they would escalate. They said it would receive it last week (their front casino page said "withdrawals in 22 minutes". I’ve waited at least 30 mins each live chat. Now they tell me I need a coinbase btc address and from there it will take 7-10 days. This place needs shut down. Just a bunch of crooks
