Ok Im a skilled verified player within the casino. I have had 3 payouts and i believe this would be my fourth. I always gotten my payouts within a week with crypto. They sent me a email and its advertised on the site with crypto you get paid within 24 hours. Being vip you get faster payouts. When I won this time not only did they remove my promotions they have also prolonged my payout as if either they dont want to pay me cause they know without promotions i most likely wont deposit there anymore, or they're hoping im a greedy player and will cancel my withdraw request and continue to play. I will not cancel the request because i do want my winnings. I have contacted the chat and support. They have escalated my request 4 times because its well past the time i should have been paid. Im tired of giving 24-48 hours and im still not paid. I have met all requirements and playthrough theres no reason why my request should still be in requested rather then processed.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed. Also it is completely up to the casino whether they give a player bonuses or not, nobody can force them to do so.
