I've been trying to locate a $450 withdrawal I made well over a month ago. Dream Vegas keeps telling me the transaction has gone thru, however I have sent them bank statements and my bank's responses to my inquiry which prove the transfer has not been received. Their answer is just to either ignore my requests or to keep resending me the same lame canned response saying they sent it. The bank is not responsible for transfers that they have no record of. Worst online casino experience I've ever had in the many years I've been playing. I will NEVER recommend Dream Vegas and I will never give them another penny of my money.

They have contacted me and finally admitted there was an error on their end. Funds are supposedly on their way now, but I won’t believe it Until I see the money in my acct.
