The player from the US was experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds because the transactions to the preferred payment method were not possible. Although the player paid a higher transaction fee for the wire transfer, she already confirmed the casino paid her. The complaint is resolved.

So I found online casinos last year, and had not played here since then. I made a deposit via bitcoin, and am being told I may not withdrawal via bit coin since I supposedly deposited with a credit card over 6 months ago. It does say in terms and conditions that it can be approved by management. But they keep denying my request. I think that they should reconsider, my request as alot has changed since last year. I feel as if my request is being treated unfairly.

Dear 1sweetwoman78,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Do I understand correctly that you have accumulated these winnings with the Bitcoin deposit?

If there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru, or alternatively, post it here.

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Yes a bit coin deposit was made the lady even completely cleared my account so it was fresh. They are still refusing me a bitcoin withdrawal. Played completely on my own money. Now they said I can even use someone else's checking account. This is ridiculous. I says that it can be approved but they refuse to let Mr cash out the same as I deposited.

Thank you for your reply, 1sweetwoman78. Could you please advise if this was your first withdrawal attempt? Do I understand correctly that you only played with your deposit (without any bonuses)?

Yes I only played with my own bitcoin deposit. And I have been asking them for help. I did forward the last few emails. I feel that they should hold something against me from last year. When I made my deposit th agent at drake casino cleared my account from free play/ rollover. It clearly states on terms and conditions a manager can approve a bit coin withdrawal. Yet they keep denying it. It was 100% my own bit coin deposit and I played 2 maybe 3 days off and on but I did manage to hit enough to make a withdrawal. I am verified and went in and submitted to withdraw. I am being told no exceptions can be made. Cancel my withdrawal via bitcoin. It will not be paid. And resubmit vie checking and routing. I have explained hi don't have that option, they replied use someone else's. So unprofessional, I truly am regretting coming back here to play. I can clearly see in terms and conditions that a Manger can approve a bitcoin withdrawal, they just refuse to help. I played a clean bitcoin depositand won, and am not aloud to withdraw my funds the way I deposited. Funny thing is my deposit was added instantly and now it's been a week or more I having to beg to retrieve my winnings.

Hello, 1sweetwoman78,

I apologize for the delayed reply, and I am sorry to hear about this unpleasant situation. I will contact the casino and try my best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Now I would like to invite Drake Casino's representative to join this conversation and participate in the resolution of this complaint.

Dear Drake Casino Team,

Could you please explain to us the player's situation in more detail from your point of view? Is there a reason why the player is not provided with the option to withdraw her funds via the payment method used for the deposit?

Thank you in advance for providing the information.

Dear 1sweetwoman78,

I am afraid I am not sure about the current status of your issue.

Do I understand correctly that your funds have already been paid?

Yes I wasn't going to get my money if I didn't. But I still won't play here again.

I understand. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the casinos' withdrawal process. Also, fees depend on external factors (geolocation, payment providers etc.). The casino has this information publicly available on their official website, in the Cashier section. In addition, if your bank charged a fee, it is outside the casino's influence.

Thank you, Amy, for confirming and using the Casino Guru complaint resolution centre. I am very glad you have received your funds. I will amend the disputed amount from $155.41 to $115.41. As the issue has been resolved, we will now mark your complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Although I sincerely hope it will not happen, please do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.

Best regards,

Branislav, Casino.guru
