I started playing the casino and win 400, that took 3wks for them to verify then they cancelled the withdrawal and said there was an issue there end. That was credited to my account, th8s was early April.

I then played some more and won some more money. I ended up with 3900 winnings, I have since been trying to withdraw this ,I have spoken to the live chat and get cut off mid conversation. I have sent an email not had any reply. I would appreciate your help . Thank you

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about? Has the customer support explained the delay in your withdrawal?

I have not used any bonuses and I last spoke to chat yesterday asking for an update, all I get back is a generic answer saying its going through the verification process. I am almost certain it was requested on the 10.5.24.

Also I forgot to add that my withdrawal bef9re that was cancelled with no explanation, that was requested 3 three wks before and was for 400.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. 

As you might know, Doctor Spins Casino received a ‘2.7 very bad reputation’ from us, which means we would not recommend players to choose this casino.
