Hello 25,35 Euro has been deposited WITHOUT any active bonuses.
After sent a withdrawal request (1000€), my balance has been deducted because
"iii) there is a reasonable suspicion that you have committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on your own or as part of a group"
But I played without any bonuses! If bonus buy is not allowed, casino should block all bought bonuses!
