Please note that the casino has right to ask you to submit translated documents if they are not directly reside in your country. In order to finish the verification I would recommnd to follow the casino's instruction and translate the documents in order to withdraw.

So you mean if a person have no salary, no investment, no income from property sale and makes a 300 usd deposit(suppose it is a gift from friend) and wins, he won't be paid and it's ok


And as I already said casino is asking for documents, I'm sending what they asked they are adding new documents, and this is already 3-rd time, and by the way last time I've sent them two documents the second one was in English with the link to government site where they can check it is legit, they just ignored itfile


That's enough from me, they are just scammers
