The player's account got closed for having a different phone number. The casino responded and provided evidence suggesting that the player's account was linked to multiple other accounts. It was then clarified that the complaint was entirely related to sports betting. We do not currently have enough insight into sports betting so the complaint was rejected as we would not be able to advise the player correctly.

Hello.I would like to share my problem with this site.I had my account closed for absurd reasons and the casino is not replying to my emails.I had recently requested payout in this site and sent documents for verification.After waiting for a few days and not receiving my winnings I contacted them and they told me to send a note with a message they send via sms.I had no sms and no access to my account and I thought they have a number I am not using anymore and not my current one and asked them about this and they just send me a message that my account has been closed and I should have updated my phone number.I am looking for help from casino guru because I find it hard to believe that this is a legitimate reason for site to close an account.I mean people have registrations in hundreds sites online , and unless it is important nobody starts updating their new phone number to random internet sites they use.This is absurd!I hope that casino guru can help me here.Thank you in advance!

Could you please advise if your account got ever verified? How long have you been registered in the casino? Was all the other details correct on your casino account? Is your balance accumulated with real money or a bonus as well?

Hello.Thank you for you answer.I believe I registered with Ditobet maybe 2 months ago around September and I have used bonus.I sent the requested documents for verification and my account got locked after they asked for sms code and yes I believe all other details are correct.

Hello.I have an update.Ditobet finally replied to me few days ago and accused me of having more than one account.They also told me the account username which is in fact person I know and I referred to their site.We are from the same town and live close nearby and I help him setup account.We do not have any strategy together and I don’t know his activity in the site which has nothing to do with mine!So how is this wrong to refer a person to their site.Other betting sites reward you for inviting people and here they close your account!Also my deposit was not returned for weeks and I finally received it 3 hours after you invited the casino to comment!

We do not have a branch that deals with sports betting complaints. While this is something that we may do in the future, we currently do not have enough insight into sports betting to be able to advise you correctly.
